Bin cleaning questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave your cans at the curb on pickup day as usual. We clean them after the hauler empties them and leave them where we found them.
What if my cans haven't been emptied yet when you arrive?
We schedule our route after the usual pickup time. If a can is still full, we check back later that day or reschedule it.
How do you clean them?
A hot-water wash inside and out, then a sanitizing and deodorizing treatment. The dirty water is captured in our tank, not rinsed into the street or storm drain.
Which cans can you clean?
Trash, recycling and yard-waste carts. Your first can is $25 a month and each extra can is $7 a month.
Is this allowed in my HOA?
We work at the curb on pickup day and never need to come onto your property, which suits most community rules. If your HOA has questions, we are happy to talk with them.
I'm a snowbird. Can I pause?
Ask us about seasonal pauses for the months you are away. Our Snowbird Away plan also includes bin cleaning while you are in residence.
Do you clean bins in Boca Raton?
Boca Raton's residential carts are provided by the city, so we are confirming the city's rules on cart cleaning before starting routes there. Ask and we will let you know.
