Terms of Service

Effective date: [EFFECTIVE_DATE?]

These terms apply to this website and to services from South Ocean Exteriors LLC ("we", "us"). Your written estimate, invoice or plan agreement may include more specific terms; if they differ, the signed document controls.

Website prices and estimates

Prices shown on this website are starting points, not offers. Your price is set in a written estimate after we confirm your home's size, condition and access. Estimates are valid for 30 days.

Plans (memberships)

Plans run for 12 months with the price locked for the term. Billing, renewal and cancellation terms are set out in your plan agreement, which you receive before you sign up.

Scheduling and weather

We schedule visits with you in advance. Rain, high wind, lightning or storms may require us to reschedule for safety; a weather reschedule is not a missed visit.

Your home and access

Please give us access to the areas to be cleaned on the scheduled day, secure pets, and close windows and doors.
Let us know about anything fragile, loose or already damaged, such as cracked tiles, failing paint or loose screens.
Cleaning can reveal existing wear, such as faded paint, oxidation, etched glass or worn sealer. We are not responsible for conditions that existed before our visit, and we photograph anything we notice.

What we do not do

We provide cleaning services. Repairs, roofing, paving, plumbing and electrical work are referred to licensed contractors.

Satisfaction

If something isn't right, contact us within [SATISFACTION_WINDOW?] of the visit and we will review it with you.

Payment

Payment terms are on your estimate or plan agreement. [PAYMENT_TERMS?]
