South Ocean Exteriors was founded in 2026 by Charlie Taylor, who lives in Delray Beach, to give homeowners one dependable company for the whole outside of their home.
Why we started
In South Florida, keeping a home's exterior clean is a constant job. Roofs streak, driveways darken, screens and windows film over with salt, and trash cans bake in the sun. Most homeowners end up calling a different company for each of those jobs.
We built South Ocean Exteriors to handle all of it, curb to rooftop, with one schedule, one point of contact and the same standards on every visit.
Our mission
Keep our customers' homes clean, safe and looking their best all year, without damage, surprises or hassle.
Our standards
- The right method for each surface. Soft washing for roofs, stucco and screens; controlled pressure for concrete; purified water for glass.
- Protect the property. Plants rinsed before and after, wash water contained and recovered where it counts, gates closed behind us.
- Show the work. A before-and-after photo report after every visit. If we notice a problem, such as a cracked tile, we photograph it and tell you.
- Look and act professional. Uniformed crew, marked truck, on time, and clear communication.
- Stay in our lane. We clean. Repairs, roofing, plumbing and electrical work go to licensed contractors.
Owner-led
At launch, Charlie runs the jobs himself. As we grow, every new team member is trained to the same standards.
